Turn & Flip Services

2 Day Turn
Base level carpet, touchup painting, cleaning, basic yard maintenance and general maintenance.

5 Day Turn
Carpet and flooring where needed, wall painting, deep cleaning, exterior maintenance and general maintenance including city inspection clearing (within reason)

10 Day Turn
All of 5 day turn plus painting ceilings, extensive wall repairs, potential trim and door partial or full paint, more extensive repairs and trades work like electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

30 Day Turn/Flip
All of 10 day turn plus permitted projects, more extensive repairs or remodeling, special projects.

90 Day Turn/Flip
All of 30 Day plus more extensive remodeling or specific repairs. Often has significant value added components such as adding bedrooms or bathrooms, decks, replacing windows, etc.

Clean Out/Recovery
Sometimes previous tenants or owners leave extensive personal belongings, messes or there is an event like flooding that causes significant damage. We have the ability to get these issues resolved fast.
